WFPMA

The Georges Petitpas Memorial Award is the WFPMA’s highest honor, established in the mid-1980s in memory of Georges Petitpas, who contributed significantly to the development and activities of the WFPMA and who died shortly after his nomination to the WFPMA presidency in 1983.

This award honors individuals who embody the spirit and dedication to the profession that Georges Petitpas personified. In particular it recognizes individuals who have made exemplary contributions to international human resource management and to the achievement of the aims of the WFPMA.

The Award is presented is presented, as appropriate, at the biennial WFPMA World Congress on People Management held every two years in different locations around the world.
